Guilford Police Call: “Someone’s Moved Furniture in My House”
A Guilford homeowner made an unusual call to Guilford Police on March 30th; read below to find out why the person called police.
GUILFORD, CT - Guilford Police are used to dealing with all kinds of unusual calls. But the one they received from a homeowner on March 30th has to rank up there with one of the more unusual.
According to the weekly police log, here is what the caller reported:
“A caller states came home to find furniture rearranged - and some other person’s property in their house.”

The log lists the report as “suspicious activity” but there was no other action and/or arrest made in the case.
