Guilford Police To "Click it or Ticket" During Thanksgiving Week
The Guilford police department will be heavily enforcing seatbelt laws during the Thanksgiving period.

GUILFORD, CT - The Guilford Police Department, in their efforts to promote safe driving, will be participating in the statewide "Click it to Ticket" campaign between the dates of November 19th and November 26th.
Officers may use a variety of enforcement techniques from organized check points to roaming patrol, as well as the deployment of Guilford's low profile traffic unit.
It is the hope of the Guilford police that this enhanced enforcement will stand as an opportunity to educate the public and remind citizens of the dangers of operating or being a passenger in a motor vehicle without wearing a seatbelt.
