Gary Leon Gibson, 19, of 110 Lexington Avenue, New Haven, charged August 23rd with burglary in the 3rd degree, larceny in the 3rd degree, conspiracy to commit burglary in the 3rd degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the 3rd degree.
William Walter Handlowich, 65, of 475 Second Avenue, Apt. 9, West Haven, charged August 25th with criminal attempt/larceny in the 6th degree, conspiracy to commit/larceny in the 6th degree.
