Guilford Police Log December 27th through January 2nd

GUILFORD, CT - Guilford police made several arrests in the past week. All those arrested are only charged at this time.

Arrested were:

Jake Robert Villegas, 23, of 2555 Sedgwick Avenue, NY, charged December 27th with criminal attempt to commit larceny in the 4th degree, larceny in the 4th degree, conspiracy to commit identify theft in the 3rd degree, identity theft in the 3rd degree.

Dana Allan Durant, 33, of 168 Fitch Hill Road, Guilford, charged December 28th with disorderly conduct, criminal attempt/assault in the 2nd degree, assault in the 3rd degree.

Scott Robert Small, 42, of 71 Ledgewood Drive, North Branford, charged December 30th with harassment in the 2nd degree, violation of protective order, criminal violation of restraining order.

Caitlin Erin Decesare, 25, of 133 Barlett Street, Portland, charged January 2nd with criminal mischief in the 3rd egree, interfering with an officer/resisting, assault public safety/emt/transit/health.
