Jan. 20

• Russell Ballard, 19, of Guilford was charged with risk of injury to a minor and sale of alcohol to a minor.

Jan. 24

• Daniel Jennings, 63, of Guilford was charged with third-degree larceny.

Jan. 21

• Ronald Johnson, 73, of Guilford was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Jan. 25

• Michael Carbone, 25, of Guilford was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane.
