Guilford Police Warn About Flooding on Parts of Route 146

GUILFORD, CT - Guilford police are warning about flooding this morning and to be careful if you are out driving on Sunday morning.

Here is what they have to save on their Facebook page:

"Route 146 is underwater in the 200 block of Water Street (appropriately named) and the 900 block of Leetes Island Rd. DOT is going to have the road blocks up shortly and will remove them when the water recedes. Remember that it is hard to determine how deep the water is... it is not worth ruining your car or worse....If you see water over the road...Turn around and find an alternate route."
