Guilford Woman Has Good Reason to Be Sleeping in Her Car

GUILFORD, CT - Police were called to a condo complex in Guilford this week by a concerned neighbor who saw someone sleeping in their car.

When the police arrived on the scene, and asked the woman if she was ok, she said she was fine.

The woman told police there was a simple reason for her sleeping in her car - that it was colder in her car than it was in her condo and during the current heat wave it was more comfortable for her to sleep in her car.

Police said she didn’t ask nor need any assistance and they just let her be.
