Guilford police have a cell phone that was dropped off by a kind person who found at the police department. But there are a few issues.

GUILFORD, CT - The Guilford police department has some good news - and some bad news - for a person who lost their cell phone.
Here's what the police say on their Facebook page:
"So to the person who lost their phone near the area of Long Hill Rd and Hubbard Rd this morning.... we have good news and bad news....

Someone turned it in.
It still rings and works.
Looks like the case held up.

Glass is shattered.
We can’t answer it.
