New Guilford Restaurant Opens at Old Carsons on Whitfield Site
Amarone Restaurant has replaced Carsons at location smack in downtown Guilford. The new restaurant is already open after only a few days.
GUILFORD, CT - It didn't take long for Guilford's latest restaurant to make its debut. Amarone recently replaced Carsons on Whitfield near the Guilford Green.
The restaurant did a fast turn-a-round and is open for business.
Here's what the owner had to say on Amarone's Facebook page about the new restaurant.

"Hello friends and going to friends.. we are opening today starting with our first lunch. We try to do the transition with in two days.. it was a super short time... let’s hope you as a guest won’t feel the first step on bumpy road.
"Happy hours will be from 4 to 6:30 and starting next Wednesday we start our $25 three course meal .

"So please stop cooking on Wednesday and join us for dinner. $6 selected cocktails wines and long drinks served along with a delicious meal so don’t forget Wednesday is our community give back day."
