Pet Adoption Event at Bishop's Orchard This Weekend

Looking to adopt a new pet? Stop by Bishop's Orchard tomorrow, Saturday, November 17th, for their Find A Friend for Life event. The pet adoption event will be held from 11 AM- 3 PM, and is sponsored by The Friends of the New Haven Animal Shelter and The North Shore Animal League.

A few things you should know if you're interested in adopting a new furry friend...

The adoption fee for a dog or cat is $80, and spay and neuter is included. Only cash will be accepted at the event.

You will need to bring proof of Homeownership or if you're a renter, you will need to proved your landlord's phone number.

If you already have a dog in your home, make sure that you bring your dog with you to make sure the two of them get along!
