Pokemoto Opens Guilford Location
The fast-growing poke franchise recently opened a location in Guilford
GUILFORD, CT — Pokemoto restaurant recently opened a Guilford location at 1065 Boston Post Road, which is now the company's 13th in the state.
Another five Connecticut locations are opening soon, according to New Haven Biz.
Pokemoto offers Hawaiian style Poke, a dish that traditionally contains fresh fish and can be thought of as deconstructed sushi. Thomas Nguyen opened the first location in New Haven in 2017, according to the restaurant's website.
