The workers, from CL&P are replacing poles and moving the electrical equipment to the new poles, work that is designed to improve the reliability of the system. Guilford Police Officer Dave Olszewski is out here keeping an eye on things. They'd all appreciate it you'd slow down just a bit. The work will be going on for several days.
