UPDATE: Route 80 Between Long Hill and Durham roads Closed Friday
A detour route has been established while repairs are underway on Friday; repairs will cause intermittent power outages during day,
GUILFORD, CT - Route 80 is closed today (Friday) between Long Hill and Durham roads due to emergency road repair work as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Thursday.
There were no injuries as a result of the crash and utility crews hope to have the road reopened by mid-afternoon on Friday.
A detour route has been established using Elm Street, which connects Long Hill Road (north side) and Durham Road.
