2013 Hamden Ornament Honors Miller Memorial Library
The ornament is now available for purchase at the Recreation Office or at the Arts Commission office, located in the Miller complex.

One of the hubs of Hamden life is being honored on this year's 2013 Holiday Ornament.
Miller Memorial Library is depicted on this year's ornament released by the Hamden Arts, Recreation and Culture Department.Â
The ornament is shaped like an open book, featuring an image of the former library that was built in 1952. It remained a library until 1980, when it was transformed into the Police Department building. It was recently demolished this fall when the Police Department moved into its new home, an addition to Memorial Town Hall.Â
