Former Webster Bank Sells For More Than $500K In Hamden

Realtors recently announced the sale, along with a new use for the building.

HAMDEN, CT — A former Webster Bank in Hamden recently sold for $511,000, realtors announced.

Michael Richetelli, president/ designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., represented the buyer, DOCS Realty, LLC in the purchase of 20 Circular Avenue, according to a news release.

The more than 6,100-square-foot, two-story office building on .85 acres was a former Webster Bank branch.

The seller, KUSH RUDHA, LLC was represented by Mike Grieder, REALTOR with Godin Property Brokers in Middlebury.

The buyer will be converting the building to be used for medical office space, according to the news release.
