HAMDEN, CT — The 2025 municipal election is heating up in Hamden with plenty of races on the ballot.

Voters will cast their ballots in the Nov. 4 election for mayor and town clerk, along with seats on the legislative council and board of education.

Yes, Board of Education appointee

Why are you seeking this office?
I am dedicated to empowering our children to reach their full potential.

I am committed to advocate for programs that would support success for every student and promote safe, supportive learning environments.

I am also committed to ensuring transparency and fiscal responsibility in all areas of school spending and budget priorities.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:
Fiscal spending. I intend to commit to promoting practical spending and transparency.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
We all of us share a commitment to improving our schools, what sets me apart is my strong financial background and over 20 years of experience ensuring fiscal responsibility. I bring a unique perspective on how to manage budgets efficiently, increase transparency, and make sure resources directly benefit students and classrooms. My goal is to pair financial accountability with a deep passion for helping every child succeed.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
Expand early literacy, and career-readiness initiatives.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
In addition to managing budgets in excess of $500M, I possess strong project management and managerial skills. I have a passion for mentoring and coaching. I also serve my community by dedicating free time mentoring young adults and providing life skills.
