Hamden Police Blotter: March 15 Through March 22, 2025

Recent arrests by the Hamden Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

HAMDEN, CT — The following information has been provided by the Hamden Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Andrea M. Lawhorn, 39, of Hamden, was arrested March 15 on charges of risk of injury to child and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 22, according to state judicial records.

Tia M. Conte, 38, of West Haven, was arrested March 16 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 10.

Gary Beckford, 67, of New Haven, was arrested March 16 on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 22.

Cody D. Mallard, 31, of New Haven, was arrested March 17 on charges of second-degree strangulation / suffocation, third-degree assault, and two counts each of third-degree assault, violating protective order, and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $20,000 bond with a court date of April 15.

Kenneth C. Torres, 27, of Prospect, was arrested March 18 on charges of second-degree reporting false incident and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 7.

David Palmisano, 42, of Madison, was arrested March 19 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of May 2.

Yevheniia Natsevych, 38, of New Haven, was arrested March 21 on two counts of leaving child under 12 unsupervised in public place / motor vehicle. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 1.

Oscar M. Guaman, 33, of Danbury, was arrested March 22 on a charge of first-degree violating conditions of release. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 23.

John A. Thompson, 41, of Ansonia, was arrested March 22 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, violating standing criminal protective order, and third-degree criminal trespass. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 29.
