Hamden Regional Chamber to Present Annual 'Health and Lifestyle Festival'

The Hamden Regional Chamber of Commerce Health & Wellness Committee will present its annual Health & Lifestyle Festival for Seniors & Caregivers from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Oct. 20 at the Thornton Wilder Auditorium at the Miller Library in Hamden at 2901 Dixwell Ave. Admission is free and open to the public. Over 50 vendors will showcase their products and services including free screenings and seasonal flu shots provided by VNA Community Healthcare. The Miller Association of Seniors will also be holding a tag sale during fair hours, and the Senior Arts and Craft and Knitting Group will be selling many items.

We welcome all senior citizens and caregivers to join us for this informative event. This is a great opportunity to gather important information on local services and resources.
