HAMDEN, CT - A Hamden resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in West Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 24, Xiao Yan Chen, of Hamden, purchased a 30X Cash 9th Edition ticket from the Liquor King in West Haven and won $10,000.
