HAMDEN, CT - A Hamden resident is $17,856 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On February 1, Sallie Lowry, of Hamden, purchased a KENO ticket from the Hamden Food Mart and won $17,856.
