Hamden’s Freskos Holding Fundraiser For Puerto Rico Hurricane Benefit
The popular Greek restaurant is donating 20 percent of any purchase that is made in the store on Wednesday, Sept. 28 toward the benefit.
HAMDEN, CT — Freskos in Hamden is donating 20 percent of any purchase that is made in the store on Wednesday, Sept. 28 toward the Puerto Rico hurricane benefit.
“Here at Freskos, we notice the damage that is being done from the storm and we want to help,” the owners wrote in a post on the Freskos Facebook page. “If you can, please come in to contribute in repairing Puerto Rico. Every purchase counts.”
Freskos is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is located at 2323 Whitney Avenue in Hamden.
