HAMDEN, CT — An industrial building situated on 4 acres of property in Hamden recently sold for nearly $2 million, according to the Hartford Business Journal.
The Hartford Business Journal reports the facility, located at 925 Sherman Ave., features 32,000 square feet of warehouse space and 12,000 square feet of office space.
