New Roof For Hamden's Church Street School

Hamden--There's a new roof in store for Hamden's Church Street School. Come this fall, students will return to school to see the brand new roof, The New Haven Register reports.

The town's Legislative Council approved the replacement of the old, leaky roof that's over the school's gym, The Register reports.

The project will be completed over the summer break and not impact classes.

Hamden will pay for 32 percent of the cost after reimbursement, The Register reports.
