New Steakhouse Opens In Hamden

HAMDEN, CT — A new steakhouse is officially celebrating its grand opening in Hamden on Friday, March 7, according to The Connecticut Scoop.

The Connecticut Scoop reports Salvatore's Steakhouse, located at 1670 Whitney Avenue, has already opened for its soft opening.

Salvatore's Steakhouse is owned by Victoria Ferraro, part of the Ferraro family that owns Ferraro's Market in North Haven, according to The Connecticut Scoop.

“At Salvatore's Steakhouse, we pride ourselves on offering a casual fine dining experience like no other,” a post on the restaurant’s website reads. “Our menu features locally sourced produce, dairy, and prime steaks cooked to perfection. With an extensive bar program specializing in fine wines and craft cocktails, we aim to create a wonderful family dining experience!”
