Obituary: Donald 'Skippy' Perrotti, 78, Of Hamden

Donald “Skippy” Perrotti, 78, of Hamden, passed away October 16 after a brief illness, surrounded by his family and friends. Born in New Haven, and was the son of the late Anthony and Ida Riccio Perrotti. He was an avid New York sport fan and loved watching the Yankees play.
Spending time with his family meant the most to him. Skippy loved animals, especially his dog Lola. His family would like to thank the nurses on SLA5 at St. Raphael campus who took such good care of him.

He is survived by daughters, Toni (Ed) Fracasso and Tiffanie Perrotti, a sister Carolyn (John) Iaci of Florida and 3 grandchildren, Emma, Eddy and Jesse Fracasso. He was predeceased by his son, Donald Perrotti and a brother George Perrotti.
Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday morning October 27, 2025 in the Blessed Michael McGivney Parish at St. Anthony’s Church, Washington Ave., New Haven at 10:00. Interment will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery. There will be No Calling Hours. Memorial Contributions may be made to Don's Hat Rack, 269 Centerbrook Road, Hamden, CT 06518.
