Obituary: Lester L. Fresolone, 88, of Hamden
Lester, a devoted family man, worked Bache and Co. (Wells Fargo) for over 50 years and was heavily involved in the community.
HAMDEN, CT - (From Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home) Lester L. Fresolone, 88, of Hamden, passed away on November 4, 2021.
He was born in New Haven, July 7, 1933, the son of the late Joseph and Mary DeFonzo Fresolone and resided in Hamden.
Lester worked at Bache and Co (now Wells Fargo) for over 50 years before retiring in 1997. He was a member of the American Legion Post 88, and an active member of the St. Ann, Blessed Sacrament and St. Rita Parish families.
He enjoyed spending time with his family. Lester is survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his siblings Carmel Spencer, Margaret Ruggiero, Doris Salemme, Marie Chieppo, Edward, Richard, and Cosmo(Gus) Fresolone.
Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial MONDAY 11 A.M. at St. Rita Church, Hamden.
Calling hours will be held Monday morning from 9:15 - 10:15 in the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home., 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden.
Burial will follow at Beaverdale Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Rita parish.
