-- Sean Murphy, 45, of 47 Towne House Rd., Hamden, was charged Aug. 7 with second-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree breach of peace. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and was arraigned Aug. 21 in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Alyssa Robinson, 20, of 67 First St., Hamden, was charged Aug. 7 with second-degree breach of peace. She was arraigned the same day in court.

-- Varina Rhodes, 21, of 20 Helen St., Hamden, was charged Aug. 11 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was arraigned Aug. 13 in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Caleb Rogers, 19, of 12 Victory Dr., New Haven, was charged Aug. 11 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned Aug. 13 in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Noot Roomi, whose address was not available, was charged Aug. 8 with fourth-degree larceny. Roomi was arraigned Aug. 13 in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Melvin Wilkes, 36, of 35 Lexington St., Hamden, was charged Aug. 12 with third-degree strangulation, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and unlawful restraint. He was held in lieu of $50,000 bond and was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.
