Police Make Drug, Larceny Arrests
The following arrest information was supplied by the Hamden Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.
-- Edwin Alvardo, 24, of Hallock Street, New Haven, was charged Thursday with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court Jan. 6.
-- Otis Bivins, 45, of Foxon Road, New Haven, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and sale of a controlled substance. He was released on a promise to appear in court Dec. 21.
-- Eric Hillemeir, 19, of Berlin, was charged with possession and sale of a controlled substance. He was released after posting $5,000 bond and is due to appear in court Jan. 3.

-- Dary Sinn, 21, of Bridgeport, was charged with violation of probation. He posted $5,000 bond and is due to appear in court on Jan. 3.
