HAMDEN, CT — The Sacred Heart Academy lacrosse team advanced to the CIAC Class S championship with an 11-8 victory over No. 2 Granby in the semifinals Wednesday afternoon at the University of Hartford.

The sixth-seeded Sharks will take on No. 1 Lauralton Hall, a 16-15 winner over fourth-seeded Somers in the other semifinal on Wednesday, in the championship game Sunday at 10 a.m. at Fairfield University.
