My daughter is my hero. She has suffered through and survived things no child ever should. While she had every reason to be bitter, she chose to be better and to rise above what happened to her for over 9 years as a child. She will be graduating with honors from WSCU on Mother's Day and has chosen to work with young children with special needs, teaching them how to walk etc. She is an incredibly bright light in an otherwise very dark world. I truly cannot even put into words how momentous an occasion this is or how very proud of her I am. While the hand she was dealt was awful… she never folded and in the end she came out on top. This mama is one proud mama. ❤️
