She Puts Her Life On The Line Every Day For Others: Hamden Hero

HAMDEN, CT — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

What does the nominee do for work?:
Nurse in a nursing home

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Molly works in a nursing home where she helps so many people being affected by COVID, and who can’t see family or friends. Yet she does not have access to necessary protective gear at her work. Then she goes home to her two children. She puts her life on the line everyday to help others. She’s definitely one of my heroes!

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
Molly is funny, caring, warm and a giving person.
