Silver Alert Issued For Missing Hamden Teen: Police
The youth was last seen in Hamden on Wednesday afternoon, according to police.
HAMDEN, CT — Police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing Hamden teenager.
Captain Raymond Quinn said police are looking for 16-year-old Adriel Ortiz, and a silver alert has been issued.
Ortiz is a Hispanic male. He is 5 foot three inches tall, and he weighs 95 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Police said he was last known to be wearing a grey hoodie, pajama pants and grey New Balance sneakers.
Ortiz was last seen in Hamden on July 16 at 3:16 p.m. Police said he is believed to be in New Haven.

Ortiz is in need of his medication and may need medical attention, according to police.
Anyone with information on Ortiz’s whereabouts is asked to call Detective Bunnell at 203-230-4000. Information may be given anonymously.
Police said they do not have a photograph of Ortiz to distribute.
