'Sounds of Summer' Sunday at Town Center Park
The free event runs from noon to 8 p.m. at Town Center Park.

Sounds of Summer 3 will be held Sunday from noon to 8 p.m. at Town Center Park at Meadowbrook, 2761 Dixwell Ave.
This is an all ages, family friendly, pet friendly, handicapped accessible event with free admission.
“It’s a free festival and the musicians and techs aren’t paid,” organizer Arthur Bargar told the Post-Chronicle. “The whole idea is the musicians like to play and people want to hear music.”
The approximate schedule of bands follows:
- 12:45 p.m. — Lonesome Billy - The Star Spangled Banner
- 1 p.m. — Knot a Band
- 1:40 p.m. — Hard Road Acoustic
- 2:10 p.m. — Lonesome Billy w/ John Santarsiero
- 2:40 p.m. — Craig & Rose
- 3:15 p.m. — Not Here
- 3:50 p.m. — JBR
- 4:15 p.m. — Fe Fi Fo
- 4:50 p.m. — Off the Trax [formally R Band]
- 5:10 p.m. — Parker's Tangent
- 6:25 p.m. — The Beth Patella Band
- 7:20 p.m. — The Benders
