On July 16, Karen Turner, of East Hartford, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from Sam's Quick Stop in Hartford and won $10,000.

EAST HARTFORD, CT - An East Hartford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hartford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

On July 16, Karen Turner, of East Hartford, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from Sam's Quick Stop in Hartford and won $10,000.
