Hartford Apartment Complex Sells For $2 Million

HARTFORD, CT — A four-building apartment complex in Hartford has sold for $2 million, according to The Hartford Business Journal. The 37-unit complex is located at 496-516 Garden St.

The buildings were purchased by Yohman LLC in a deal recorded Jan. 20. Gershon Eichorn is the principal of the seller, Gan Realty LLC, of Brooklyn, NY, which purchased the property in 2017, according to The Hartford Business Journal.
