HARTFORD, CT - A Hartford resident is $15,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On August 20, Kaseem Robinson, of Hartford, purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from the Liquor Outlet in Hartford and won $15,000.
