According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning Play 4 ticket was also sold in Hartford.
HARTFORD, CT - A Hartford resident is $45,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On August 23, Carmen Rodriguez, of Hartford, purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from the Broad Street Mart in Hartford and won $45,000.
