On August 2, Craig Williams, of Hartford, purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from the Ultra Food &amp; Fuel in New Britain and won $15,416.

HARTFORD, CT - A Hartford resident is $15,416 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in New Britain earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

On August 2, Craig Williams, of Hartford, purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from the Ultra Food &amp; Fuel in New Britain and won $15,416.
