• CT state police investigate string of weekend burglaries at Killingly businesses (nhregister.com) — Several businesses in Killingly’s Dayville section were hit by burglaries over the weekend, including a deli, restaurant, convenience store and brewery along Hartford and Putnam Pikes. State police say doors were smashed, a safe with cash and checks was taken, and investigators are still working to determine whether the incidents are connected.
