Nearby 7- Eleven To Offer Free Slurpees

Get a free Slurpee Wednesday when 7-Eleven celebrates 85 years!

 

It's pretty easy to remember an anniversary when the date and the company name are the same. To celebrate the company's 85th anniversary, the participating locations, will provide free Slurpees from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

The nearest 7-Eleven stores to Ledyard are on Route 32 in Uncasville and 283 Broad Street in New London.

In keeping with the dual-number theme, the free iced drinks will be served in 7.11 ounce-size cups, available while supplies last.

“This year we expect to give away 7 million Slurpee drinks, more than ever before, beating last year’s offer by 2 million," Joe DePinto, 7-Eleven president and CEO, said in a statement.
