Deans Mill Farm 

Built in the mid-1700s as a functioning livestock farm, Deans Mill Farm has gone through an evolution in recent decades. A full renovation of the historic buildings and rejuvenation of the surrounding 70+ acres has made the property into the incredible venue it is today. Deans Mill Farm now operates primarily as a private event space and five-room bed and breakfast tucked down a private road in Stonington, Connecticut. It shares its property with Dragonfly Equestrian Center and is home to dozens of horses. On the property lies meadows, hiking trails, beautiful fields and Dragonfly Disc Golf. The property can be rented for weddings, birthday parties and other special events. Additionally, the bed and breakfast can be rented by the room or reserved in its entirety for complete privacy. The Farm has the ability to host small private indoor events for up to 50 guests in the Farmhouse. Outdoor tented events are our specialty, with numerous locations on-site that are picturesque for your celebration. Outdoor tented celebrations can accommodate up to 250 guests.

LEDYARD, CT — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a teen reported missing. Ava Fleury, 15, of Ledyard, is "a habitual runaway and has severe medical issues, requiring medication. Ava is also reported to have suicidal ideations," police said. Ava is described as white, about 4'11" tall, and weighing approximately 110 lbs. She has dark brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black sweatpants, both with the Deadpool logo, and carrying a light blue and green backpack with pictures of mushrooms on it. A Silver Alert was issued. The Connecticut Department of Children and Families and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has also been providing assistance in locating Ava's whereabouts. Anyone with information may contact the Ledyard Police Department at (860) 464-6400 Ext. 6 and reference Case #25-94-OF.
