Former Chamber of Commerce Building Sold, Half Full With Tenants
But there's room for more, what type of business do you want to move in?
Fred Allyn III is the acting owner of the old Chamber of Commerce building at 39 Kings Highway. The sale closed on Friday and the building is already more than 50 percent filled with tenants, according to his father, Fred Allyn, Jr.
Allyn said so far the tenants are mainly commercial offices but there is space for other types of business if there is an interest. And, the space below used to be a bank with a drive thru window and they’re looking for a bank to fill that spot.
