Ledyard Arrests June 28 – July 11

The following arrest information was supplied by the Connecticut State Police Troop E and the Ledyard police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

June 28

Ashley Fruzzola, 24,  of 133 Deerfield Ridge Road,  was charged with possession of marijuana after an officer observed her drive her vehicle off the road on Colonel Ledyard Highway Fruzzola was given a July 12 court date.

July 1

At 5:20 a.m. police arrested Ryan Killian, 25, of 43 Overlook Road and charged him with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call. The report says that Killian and his wife were in an argument and he struck her on the left side of her face and caused swelling. He was assessed a $500 cash bond and given a July 2 court date.

July 2

At 4:00 p.m. Morningstar Arroyo, 27, of 10 Rosemary Street in New London, was arrested in Ledyard and charged with violation of a protective order. Arroyo was assessed a $5,000 non-surety bond and given a July 13 court date.

July 8

At 7:06 p.m. police arrested Trever Grant, 26, of 36 Cliff Street in Norwich, when he turned himself in because there was a warrant for his arrest “following a May 19, 2012 collision in a parking garage at Foxwoods.” The report says this is the second charge against the accused for reckless driving (mechanical defect). Grant was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked and reckless driving.  He was assessed a $500 non-surety bond and given a July 11 court date.

July 9

At 2:38 p.m. police arrested Connor G. Lehner, 20, of 175 Whalehead Road in Gales Ferry, at his residence on an active arrest warrant. Lehner was charged with violation of probation, assessed at $25,000 surety bond and given a July 19 court date.
