Ledyard Arrests: March 14 to March 21

The following arrest information was supplied by the Ledyard Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

March 16

Joesph W. Nardi, 34, of 2 Community Avenue in Plainfield, was charged with traveling too fast and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Nardi was processed and released on a $500 non-surety bond and given an April 2 court date.
 
March 17
 
Arceo L. Atao, 33, of 54 Washington Drive in Groton, was charged with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Atao was processed and released on a $500 non-surety bond and given an April 2 court date.
 
March 21
 
Dana D. Kirk, 54, of 1794 Center Groton Road was charged with disorderly conduct. Kirk was processed and released on a $250 non-surety bond and given a March 22 court date.
