David and Marie Johnson transferred property at 23 Norman Drive to Jason Beeker, of Bayshore, for $179,000.

Jonathan J. Mezlo, Patrick McDonnell and Matthew Horne transferred property at 24 Old Colony Lane to Derek H. Schacht for $265,000.
