2 Days of Record Warmth Coming Up
Sunday and Monday are looking mighty fine... if you like spring-type temps in December, that is!
This just in from Meteorologist Ryan Hanrahan, who updated his Facebook page at approximately 3:30 p.m. Dec. 8:
“We’ve updated the forecast now to show 2 days of record warmth on Sunday and Monday as warm air surges north. Who’s excited? Who’s not?”
Initially, meteorologists were anticipating temperatures in the high-50s to early-60s. Now, Hanrahan said he is looking at 65-degree temps on Sunday, Dec. 13, and 63-degree temps on Monday, Dec. 14. The prior record for those days was 60-degrees, he said.
