Major Update On Opening Of Martha Stewart's Foxwoods Restaurant
The restaurant is inspired by Stewart's 1925 farmhouse in Bedford, New York.

MASHANTUCKET, CT — The Bedford, a restaurant by Martha Stewart, is still coming to Foxwoods Resort Casino, but its opening date has been pushed back.
Originally scheduled for fall of this year, The Bedford is now anticipated to open in March 2026, according to The Connecticut Scoop.
The restaurant is inspired by Stewart's 1925 farmhouse in Bedford, New York.

The Bedford will serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, "featuring dishes from her favorite seasonal recipes with locally sourced ingredients," according to a Foxwoods statement.
The restaurant, which will be located in the Grand Pequot Tower, "features a thoughtfully curated menu inspired by Martha's personal favorites, including her Kurobuta Pork Chop, Niçoise Salad, and Martha’s family recipe for Pierogies, as well as some of her famous cocktails such as the Martha-tini and her frozen pomegranate Martha-rita."

The Bedford is listed as "coming soon" on the Foxwoods website. Foxwoods representatives did not return a request for comment.
The establishment has another location at Paris Las Vegas which opened in 2022.
