Outdoor Painting at West Hartford's Spring Stroll

Connecticut artists Carrie Jacobson and Ronet Noe painted on Saturday in front of in West Hartford Center, as part of the .

The stroll offered residents of the area the chance to receive special offers and sale prices on goods, services and meals, while also learning about and supporting local charities.

The bleak weather on Saturday cut down on the predicted crowds, but the people who did come out had a great time. Noe and Jacobson were painting to help local schools.
