PHOTOS: Long Lasting Love at Ledyard Senior Center
The Ledyard Senior Center had a no holds barred Valentine's Day celebration!
Seniors at the Ledyard Senior Center had a celebration of Valentine's Day that included candy, music, lunch, dessert, decorations and very good company.
A highlight of the party happened to be right outside the party. A tree decorated with photos of loved ones and couples through the years. Ledyard seniors brought in their favorite photos and Program Director April Sauchuk and her helpers mounted and decorated the photos for display.

"This has to be a special day," said Senior Center Director Lauren Rapp.
The luncheon included entertainment by entertainer Judy Hall, of Hope Valley; personalized desserts from Felicia's SweetFace Pastry Shoppe and prizes for the three people who guessed the correct (or closest to) amount of candy hearts.
