Road construction is scheduled to take place in the Highlands for the next couple weeks. The crew from Pawcatuck's Mad River Construction is installing 50 catch basin tops and they have to totally rebuild six of those catch basins. They're also replacing and installing 1,000 feet of drainage pipes.
